RETURN POLICY

  Dear Art Lover, 

To ensure Client Satisfaction we allow a 30-day Return from the receipt date of your purchase. This applies to all products sold. We gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to manufacturing and or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

1. Please  ensure the shipping box can be reused for your return within 30 days.
2. A  Pre-addressed Return Label will be provided in your shipment. 
3. However  to confirm the return, please notify us via una.pole@gmail.com immediately.
4. The      purchase will be credited to your method of payment along with the cost of shipping. Please enclose a copy of the shipping costs with the Return Label at the return date of      delivery to the Polenova Gallery.  
5. Should there be damage to the product, please enclose a photo of the damage  within the email. 
6. Ensure  the painting is secured within as damage can occur during transit. Please reuse saran and foam wrap packaging provided on the art piece.
7. Ensure  the box is properly taped with shipping tape. 
8. Enclose  a copy of your Invoice along with the Pre-addressed Return Label to affix to the outside center of the box. 
9. Ensure  these are enclosed in a readable plastic sealed-top bag and taped to  the center on the outside of the box. 
10. Take the parcel to the nearest FedEx or Canada Post Parcel Depot. 

Should there be a optional size your interested in, or an exchange please notify us via email. We will still credit back your return. We can reproduce up to the original painting size and will reprocess for you. 

Giclée's need approximately one to two weeks for reproduction. Also add to the shipment time for Express, Ground or Freight. All mail or parcel carriers allow you to track your parcel up to the estimated delivery date.
